Mission

The mission of the Greater Uniontown Heritage Consortium, Inc, as owners of The State Theatre Center for the Arts located in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, is to focus on the operation and management of the theatre's broad variety of events. As a non-profit community organization, the Greater Uniontown Heritage Consortium fosters and creates artistic enrichment and enjoyment through diverse theatrical presentations for the residents of Southwestern Pennsylvania by providing for the performing, exhibiting and teaching of the fine arts. Programs and Services

The State Theatre offers a season of professional touring events, presents a classic film series on the big screen, produces and presents our annual Summer at the State musicals and holiday Nutcracker, and serves as a venue for professionally promoted events, local events, recitals, meetings and various other uses to serve the community.
